Use a gizmo and translate/rotate/scale environment objects like traditional 3D editing environments.

34d67b82ad7b53ac9163f7c3c90401e67b6afd2c Gizmo now tracks the selected object, getting closer to gizmo useage.

Latest commits with the 4way viewport have disabled the gizmos. Seems mouse events aren't going through.
