4 years ago I've ported the PHP for PHP 7. If the php7imr file in the IMR repo. Thinking about moving the IMR stull all into this repo so that everything can be in one place. IMR stuff can simply be in a folder called IMR. There are still a lot of bugs in the php imr code which need to be fixed
Both C++version and PHP version are now deprecated. Need to move the php one to php 7.x and have the right SQL calls. Will work in this 11/03/20.
C++ version will need more work and I'm not sure it's worth it other than for nostalgia, which is kind of why this project exists to begin with ;)
