add browser + session logging to UserInput table #20

Added IP-address logging. Took ~10 PRs worth of tries, but finally works as of: https://github.com/jonadsimon/entendrepreneur-web/commit/d1b0ded63ff40bc1d0ad3d2ce92585b73651ac98
