@property in the docblock is meant to make "magic" properties visible in the docs, not to hide existing properties in a class. http://manual.phpdoc.org/HTMLSmartyConverter/HandS/phpDocumentor/tutorial_tags.property.pkg.html

They are magic properties. That's exactly what JObject does (and why those variables aren't required)
