Restore backward compatibility #122

Seems that recent updates broke ensembldb's backward compatibility. Specifically, there seems to be a problem with required/expected columns (column canonical_transcript of the gene table). See here for the report by @mikelove.

In the last update I introduced a wrong definition of the database schema 2.1. In that schema a column "canonical_transcript" was expected, which was however not available in the EnsDb databases with schema 2.1 on AnnotationHub. This has been fixed in the commits above.
