Test use case for protein annotations in Pbase #24

Check whether and how we can use protein annotations provided by ensembldb in the Pbase package.

I'll implement the corresponding code in my Pbase fork (https://github.com/jotsetung/Pbase) and add examples to the Pbase-with-ensembldb.Rnw vignette.
