Error creating EnsDb from Mmusculus v67 GTF #72

This is https://support.bioconductor.org/p/105536/ apparently something is problematic there with the exon IDs.

GTF file for Mus musculus, Ensembl 67 does not contain a exon_id field. Will fix by including artificial exon_id.
