OkHttp Idling Resource

An Espresso IdlingResource for OkHttp.

Usage

With your OkHttpClient instance, create an idling resource:

Java ```java OkHttpClient client = // ... IdlingResource resource = OkHttp3IdlingResource.create("OkHttp", client); ```
Kotlin ```kotlin val client: OkHttpClient = // ... val resource: IdlingResource = OkHttp3IdlingResource.create("OkHttp", client) ```

Register the idling resource with Espresso before any of your tests.

Espresso.registerIdlingResources(resource);

Download

Stable release ```groovy androidTestImplementation 'dev.josearaujo.espresso:okhttp-idling-resource:2.0.0' ```
Snapshot ```groovy androidTestImplementation 'dev.josearaujo.espresso:okhttp-idling-resource:2.0.0-SNAPSHOT' ```

If you don't want to use the OkHttp version shipped with the library, you can exclude it. This library is tested against OkHttp's latest 3.x, 4.x and 5.x versions, but 100% compatibility is not guaranteed.

Exclude OkHttp ```groovy androidTestImplementation('dev.josearaujo.espresso:okhttp-idling-resource:X.Y.Z') { exclude group: 'com.squareup.okhttp3', module: 'okhttp' } ```
