would like to stream my work (screen and camera) to a private YouTube account so I can study the playback

hoping to find patterns around:

what causes me to get "stuck"
how many context switches occur throughout the day
sharp edges in my tools/dev environment
forgetting to drink water or eat until i'm ravenous
