spacebar: add current task and time elapsed/remaining

in case my attention drifts:

• make spacebar show my current task in the center
• show a live completion bar to convey how much time remains

this could integrate with Pomofocus.io or some other pomodoro timer app. it actually might be ideal if I used something like toggl so I gain a better sense of how long certain tasks take
