These two methods have been pending for quite a while. Should be implementable once #19 has been addressed.

Note, that Criteria should likely also get the following methods, which the above should likely delegate to:

[ ] Criteria#destroy_all: destroys all elements matching the current criteria.
[ ] Criteria#delete_all: deletes all elements matching the current criteria.
