Given the impending closure of hosted Parse, Opium needs to be slightly more flexible wrt the address it attempts to connect to.
[x] Opium::Config: should have new configuration options:
[x] :server_url for specifying where the API parse-server instance is located
[x] :mount_point for specifying where the API is mounted on :server_url. Should probably default to the parse-server default of /parse
[x] Opium::Model::Connectable needs to use the above config options to set up Faraday.
[x] The config generator template yaml file should be updated to reflect these new settings. :server_url should likely be the hosted Parse API address, while :mount_point should likely be /1.
