model the tool after "init_pidginunit_from_dir"

[x] create brick_category_ref where given a brick_category all brick_formats that use that category are returned
[x] create tool that searches for all brick_number otx sheets for otx_to_inx categories
[ ] create tool that creates one pidgin unit per face
[ ] create directory of faces, save all bridge_explicit_label, bridge_otx_to_inx to single sheet in faces dir
[ ] change how Pidgin roadunit otx2inx is changed by roadnode otx2inx

Need to create a worldunit repo for otx_to_inx and explicit_label. Needs to be able to hold None in case none are provided.

[x] create nub_staging sheet
[ ] create nub_agg sheet
[x] think about replacing otx2inx and nub_label with someting else. like (otx2inx_node, otx2inx_group_id, otx2inx_acct_id, otx2inx_road)
[x] create test of otx_to_otxinx_staging referencing WorldUnit.events
[x] create test of otx_to_otxinx_agg referencing WorldUnit.events

[ ] compare both unique values: indentify any faces that do not have consistent pidgin core attrs

[x] think about replace "jaar_type" "otx_word", "hub_label" with "otx_group_id", "otx_acct_id", "otx_road", "otx_label". Would really help simplify excel files in jungle
[x] replace "jaar_type" "otx_word", "hub_label" with "otx_group_id", "otx_acct_id", "otx_road", "otx_label", really simplifies a lot and makes the explanations cleaner
