Realsense D435のUSB3.0の電気信号ノイズの影響を遮断する
高度(Z)方向情報もKalman Filterに入れるか
u-centerとNTRIPなしで、Linuxから直接Base StationのRTCM情報を取得して、ROSトピックとしてbroadcast (publish)するようにする

これは通常のGPSと同様に電磁遮蔽シートを用いて問題なさそうだった。
