Update configuration to use Livox MID360 with Fast LIO

Details

Please explain the contribution of this PR in detail.

Instruction:

  1. add [Livox LiDAR model]() in urdf file
  2. add [Livox driver and FAST LIO
  3. add vo plugin for state estimation
