IMGT files #12

I just pushed the files in result/Analyses named anomaliessequences...

It appears that there are problems only on the real data, where some sequences can't be found in the reference file. The script I used is algoCluster/Input_Output/verif_tailles.py.

There is a readme in result/Analyses that explained it as well. I will focus on the artificial data for now as they are OK.

Hey Lisa! Thanks for your patience, I'm sorry for my delayed answer. These sequences are not functional for various reasons like being out of frame or doesn't have any rearrangement. The problem accrued when I exported the results and I had different criteria for sequences to appear in the result. We have to ignore these sequences anyway. I will clean the output files (apply the same criteria for the export). Thank you for your precision (☆ﾟ∀ﾟ)ﾉ thank you♪
