Thanks for the pointer! This repo was a thought experiment resulting from the first Extensible Web Summit, April 4 2014 in San Francisco. I'm not actively involved in identity work, although my current way of thinking is most in line with OpenID Connect from a discoverability (an email address) and federated (no central identity provider other than DNS) point of view.
