Feature request: New folder for each backup #129

I have a feature request. It would be nice if the app had an option we could choose tht would force it to save the backup in a new folder each time and name the folder the date-time that the backup happened.

I don't want to complicate the plugin with extra options. This can be achieved with the zip extension.
