Bio::Galaxy::API

Build Status

Bio::Galaxy::API is an interface to the REST API of the Galaxy informatics platform.

WARNING: This library is currently in early development. The API (of this library, not of the Galaxy REST service) is not stable and will likely change. Many endpoints of the REST API remain unimplemented. This warning will be removed when the library reaches a more mature state.

INSTALLATION

To install this module, run the following commands:

perl Build.PL
./Build
./Build test
./Build install

After installing, you can find documentation for this module with the perldoc command.
