the alternative job start method https://github.com/jwaldmann/star-exec-presenter/blob/master/src/Presenter/StarExec/Commands.hs#L494 could use "sampling" on starexec, via their API, see https://www.tapatalk.com/groups/starexec/generate-random-subset-of-benchmarks-t121.html I don't recall that I tested this.
