Getting TSD sequences from intermediate bam files #13

Hi, I am looking for ways/scripts/functions to get target site duplicated sequence.

May the author let me know how he has done this in the paper?

Hi, This is currently not standard functionality to output this in Mobster.But the methods you need to generate this (for only events with split read evidence left and right) can be found in MobsterPredictions.java On Sunday, 10 June 2018, 2:40:42 pm GMT+2, mthimma notifications@github.com wrote:
