54_mobiles_inclHERVK.dat not in MOSAIK format #27

Hi Jayne,

I am experiencing a problem already reported here: 5897466 [main] INFO org.umcn.me.pairedend.PotentialMEIReadFinder - [PMRF] PotentialMEIReadFinder ran in : 98 min, 17 sec ERROR: It seems that the input file (../resources/mobiome/54_mobiles_inclHERVK.dat) is not in the MOSAIK reference sequence archive format. Exit value: 1

Could you tell me how to solve it or, alternatively, where to find a mobiome reference fasta to use with bwa-mem, please?
