Add support for TT races and records #116

As per a few conversations with Chris Helbling and Oscar Swan, theoval.us will become the authoritative source for Oval TT records.

New functionality required to support this:

Update DB model to handle a "TT race"
Add overall TT track records (5 mile, 10 mile, 25 mile, hour, etc)
Attach data (.fit/.gpx/.tcx) files to TT races for distance validation
Maybe have other analytics? PRs?
