Update DB model to properly handle the B/Women's race #91

We will need to track results for B and W separately prior to the start of series points.

Maybe some type of sub-race or something?

Jack just asked me about this. Thoughts on creating a new "Masters 40+" category, renaming the 2017 "Masters 40+/Women" races to "Masters 40+" and doing "something" for the "B/Women" race?

I'm open to any suggestions.
