Hide Standings columns for future races #97

@johnwheffner I'm leaning towards hiding the columns for races that haven't happened yet.

Unfortunately the extra columns make this difficult to see the total points standings on mobile:

I really like it the way it is. It's the way the ACA site has always been, plus it'll be wide as the season progresses anyway.

It sounds like there is a preference to keep all of the columns displayed, I'm fine with that.

(Sorry @emilywools, maybe next time we can do a cool column thing.)

Hey, @johnwheffner Jacob was showing me something on the app last night, and it struck me how un mobile friendly this page is: once you scroll to the right, its impossible to tell what person the total points goes with. What would you think of moving or repeating the "total points" column to the right of the place column, so its easy to see total points in relation to the place/team/person?
