General TODO:

[x] handle templates
[x] use template for message completion
[x] upsert tempates
[x] view templates
[x] edit templates
[x] delete templates

CLI:

[x] edit tag in chosen terminal editor
[ ] chain templates in flag (hermes -t short,explain,jailbreak -c "hello world")
[x] update default handling for names, for example, it -ut or -et was provided then app should open editor of choice and let user create new data

Chores:

[ ] update docs
