In tamedog, account for riders and steeds.

Also, a one-liner fix for merged pudding globs being displayed as a pile.

Isn't it possible to tame something out of your line of sight? I think so, unless it's been nerfed similarly to conflict; if that's right you might want to consider adding a visibility check before printing the message about clambering off.
