Steps to reproduce

register remote cluster K8SGPT with slack sink.
Result created from remote cluster
watch slack messages

Expected behaviour

just one slack message should be sent. with remote cluster name.

Actual behaviour

if there are A, B cluster, same slack messages comes with cluster name A and then B
