[Feature Request] Low Light Vision #146

Might it be possible to add a low light vision feature? In essence, creatures with low light vision treat light sources as twice as strong (reaching twice their normal length) as normal.

Optimally, I would like a new ATL flag that increases/decreases the amount by which a character can see light according to the value of the flag. For example, with 0.5 in the flag, creatures would treat light sources as reaching half as far, while with a 4 in the value, they would see light sources as being projected 4x as far.

This would have to be implemented as a new Vision Mode. My first thought is that this is out of scope for this module but I'm going to leave this open for now. I think this belongs in a new module rather than adding to this one.
