Repository set management

How to use

1. Create a text file containing Name \ ID, name, repository address in UTF-8 encodings
2. Prepare a .cfg file. See sample config file. Configure for each assignment
3. Also prepare git_path.cfg, regex_test.cfg, and reference.cfg files.
4. Prepare reference_comment.txt
   List of repositories
   List of reference commits
5. Run progress.py <config file>
