Populating the database

The Finnish geospatial files require a bleeding edge version of python-gdal.

Ubuntu:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntugis/ubuntugis-unstable
apt-get update
apt-get install python-gdal libgdal1 libproj-dev
