question about mismatch, insertion and deletion rate #20

Hello. We want to put a specific error rates: mis-match: 12.7%, deletion: 4.7% and insert rate: 3.2%. Should I run the tool with following parameters: -d 0.047 -i 0.032 -m 0.127?
