navi-x hanging on "please wait" page when clicking the navi-x portal #221

1. What is the technical error you are experiencing?
   The navi-x portal hangs on the "please wait" page. 
2. What steps will reproduce the problem?
   Clicking the navi-x portal link.
3. What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
   To enter the navi-x portal. Nothing. Only the Navi-x "please wait" page.
4. What version number of Navi-X are you using?
   The latest. 3.7.8
5. What media center platform, version and operating system are you using?
   The latest XBMC version and Windows 7 x64
6. Please provide any additional information below:

I've been using v 3.7.7 with no problems. As a matter of fact, I'm watching it 
right now. I found that once I upgraded to the newest version, it gave me the 
hanging 'please wait'. I had to revert it to the older version in order to 
solve the problem.

Unable to CONNECT!!!!!!!!! Could not retrieve directory information. This could 
be due to the network not being connected. Would you like to add it anyway?

".....PLEASE WAIT...." for over 24 hrs
Click on Exit, doesn't do anything
Reboot is the only choice.........

Don't want to hijack the post. Having the same problem but not really that 
bothered about navi. Does anyone know the name and password of the live sport 
app. The one with the picture of Rooney on it!

Last-night I did try on Amo Navi-X.apk and Navi-x is ran find on Android TV box
So I wonder "What going on with XBMC and Windows?"

I know they don't communicate very well but navix is down due to moving 
servers. From what I unrestrained it's supposed to take close to a month to 
complete.

Navi-X Media Portal made an announcement.(see below)

"We're working on getting our servers upgraded as we speak, so for the next few 
weeks service might continue to be unreliable until upgrades are complete. They 
are expected to be done within one month but it might be a few weeks longer at 
most. Please understand that this is because of the huge amount of new 
visitors, our old servers simply couldn't handle. In the meantime, check out 
XBMC HUB for other great addons to use as alternatives if Navi-X is ever having 
trouble loading for you."

The latest announcement from Navi-X Media Portal.(see below)

"Just to let everyone know, we are working very hard on getting our new servers 
installed as quickly as possible. There was a lot more to be done than we 
anticipated, but the new servers will be amazing once they are ready and 
everything will run much faster and more reliably.

We're expecting these upgrades to be completed by Mid-April, and truly 
appreciated your patience and understanding. In the meantime, we encourage you 
to visit XBMC HUB for alternative add-ons."

I'm having the same issue. NAVI-X 3.7.8 in Ubuntu linux and windows
It was working fine until last night. Now when opening most pages
It hangs on "please wait" . Finally after 10 minutes or so, no other 
choice but to reboot. 

Other channels work fine on this box so it seems like 
this is a NAVI-X issue ??  

Please help !

I uninstalled the hole box and reinstalled it all again thinking that it would 
work but it didn't , but looks as though it's just navi x that's dwn so if they 
say it's gonna be up and running again by the middle of April then that's great 
I ll just wait and hope for the best :-)

I've also had this problem for around 1 month on my Streambox, it freezes up 
and says 'Please wait' - I waited and waited but nothing happens.

that we encountered more trouble setting it up than expected, it will be much 
more reliable than it has ever been before and will definitely work wonderfully!

Do not buy any Apply TV. It hang up with NAVI-X. Please wait....until 
forever...I have been waiting for 160 hrs. Nobody can fix it
