navi-x hanging on "please wait" page when clicking the navi-x portal #221

1. What is the technical error you are experiencing?
   The navi-x portal hangs on the "please wait" page. 
2. What steps will reproduce the problem?
   Clicking the navi-x portal link.
3. What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
   To enter the navi-x portal. Nothing. Only the Navi-x "please wait" page.
4. What version number of Navi-X are you using?
   The latest. 3.7.8
5. What media center platform, version and operating system are you using?
   The latest XBMC version and Windows 7 x64
6. Please provide any additional information below:

The final(may be) announcement from Navi-X Media Portal.(see below)

"We're almost done getting everything ready on the new servers, hopefully it'll 
all be running by the end of next week if all goes as planned. Again, we 
apologize for the delay and appreciate those of you who have supported us 
through the good times and the bad, it's only going up from here!"

Fix for Please wait... screen -- Can't get it to update yet but there is 
another addon.xml file in the init folder. change the python version to 2.1.* 
on both addon.xml files and should be good to go.
