- removed web log statements
- fixed json output format when there are no results
- now checks early if there are filter parameters when a user has provided a GWAS file
- clarified defaults for maf cohort and GWAS ref gen in the code and documentation
- when step 2 is used and the user provides a GWAS file, the files necessary to run it again are not deleted
- fixed filteredStudySnps not getting deleted
- fixed error where txt-based and vcf-based inputs had a different number of results
- fixed inconsistent json variable naming in output file
