I ran the tool twice with the two supported input file formats, VCF and "rsIDs:genotype" (otherwise the same parameters). While for the latter the percentile was reported in the last column, the output file obtained from a VCF input had no percentiles. Instead, it reported only the name of the sample in the first line of that column.
