Makes LZMA the default compression method (it seems pretty well tested at this point).
Updates the README to shamelessly point to my CFW now that it seems to be in a pretty good state.

Agreed, the LZMA compression seems to work great so it makes sense to make it the default.

Linking to your open source custom firmware patch tools makes a lot of sense, so that's a very welcome change. Thanks!
