Increase calculation speed

Hello,

I have implemented a lot of changes in order improve the performance of the solver. I have used available AI tools to do so.

The key improvements

• Loops have been removed and replaced with faster methods.
• A retry feature has been added that resolve issues if the solver fails to cenverge. Hence, the model won't break, urging the user to undo the action.
• The new code stores the position of the bodies and only recalculates those who have changed.

Due to the changes the animation when moving is significntly faster, also lager systems can be manipulated sucessfully.
