E.g.,:

[ ] how well do you capture SST with a glider that only samples the surface a few times per day?
[ ] how well do you capture steric height variability if you only sample down to 500 m depth?
[ ] how well do you capture vorticity (horizontal gradients of velocity) with a given survey pattern?
