compute and compare steric height #3

[x] compute steric height from original model T & S data
[x] interpolate steric height to the survey track (this is our "true steric height")
[x] compute steric height from interpolated T & S data (this is the "sampled steric height"
[x] compare the true & sampled steric height to assess how well the survey strategy works
