implement other regions #4

llc4320 data are available in 10 regions on PO.DAAC , and more should be added in the future

Possible tasks:

[x] user inputs the region name
[x] files are downloaded (if necessary)/loaded for that region
[x] sampling trajectories are adapted to the lat/lon of that region
