Upgrade to Gradle 0.9 after its final release #97

There are so many improvements after Gradle 0.5.2, including incremental builds 
in 0.9 which can make the build much faster I think. It is time to move on.

However, the build script need to be rewritten.

Yes that would make some sense. Depending on time this could well be pushed in 
a later milestone.

Gradle 0.9 is released. I will try to rewrite the build script in the following 
few weeks.
