Don't merge this yet, but this has some of the comparison work mentioned in https://github.com/keflavich/imf/issues/32#issuecomment-1071848651

I still haven't gotten it to the precision Kroupa had, which could be the normalization, but everything agrees reasonably when I account for:

our lognormal is ln, log base e
Chabrier gives coefficients assuming the function is given for log base 10
McKee & Offner use a mix of definitions within their paper (the integral is given as d ln m, but the function is defined wrt log m)
