I don't know how can I start this python team , it differenst with most team written by c plus,hope get your reply

First clone the repo. Make sure you have rcsoccersim installed, start it by running rcsoccersim Then cd into the repo root and run TEAM=drdeng python main.py.

You can start configuring from main.py and look at the development section
