Enhancement request:

Limit BGP metric payloads to only show the enumeration of the target OID at all times.

Currently sometimes a single metric shows both bgpPeerState and bgpPeerAdminStatus values and can result in confusing experience for users.

Instead only show the associated enumeration in line with the specific metricName.

New Relic peer Zack suggested current experience possibly result of not having dedupe, and sending all data ktranslate knows about to metric API.
