• A Tablet - Who doesn't want to endlessly doomscroll and end up with acute smooth-brain?
• Polyfillet - An amazing compound capable of smoothing out the wrinkliest of brains. Applied via surgery.
• Super Cucumber - What more is there to say.
  • Implant in the brain, or the pelvis
• Trepanning - high chance to kill the pawn. Low chance to heal a permanent injury
• Administer Onion - why do I smell like onions now?
• Balance the humours - eww, leeches.
• "Vaccine" - it's got microchips in it

• Fing-Longer
  • randomly gives "Poked eye" hediff to reduce vision by 30%
  • can randomly give "Poked eye"to self or other pawns in combat, or performing any verb
• Destiny Manifester
  • Implant an antigrain warhead and 500 chemfuel.
  • Gives a +20 mood buff "Yeehaw"
  • If there's not at least 1000 chemfuel on the map, there's also a -60 mood debuff "I NEED OIL"
  • Gives the "Manifest Destiny" ability
  • One-shot instant mapwide antigrain explosion
  • Pawn skills all set to 20
  • All faction goodwill inverted
