Updates to alliancecan.md #9

I updated the alliancecan.md to include the following information:

  1. Updated to sshfs instructions for Linux to mount graham in your personal computer. I gave a bit more details.
  2. Included instructions on how to run Jupyter Notebooks in your local VS Code using kjupyter and Remote-SSH extension.
  3. Included details about how to visualize compute nodes using VNC and neuroglia-helpers.

I already compiled it in my computer and it's looking good on my end.

Just implemented your suggestions and also included instructions to run kjupyter under the Software/Graham
