Add ability to Edit a selected entry in PolyLookup

Describe Problem

There is no way to quickly edit a selected entry without navigating away from the current context.

Suggest Solution/Expectation

• an additional prop for entry action behavior.
• use custom item render to display entry text as a button which will open the entry form when clicked.
