contributing

to upload qr, you have three options:

1. (recommended) through issue

   • replace relevant info into the placeholders
   • dont forget remarks, in this pattern - {contributor}, {source} - {url} (if available)
   • eg: khairin, facebook - https://facebook.com/source-of-the-qr
   • add additional info like coordinates
   • submit issue and pr will be automatically created

2. through google form

3. through bulk contribution

   • click this notebook (no local setup require)
   • click File > Save a copy in Drive
   • follow the notebook instruction
   • get the QR info and paste it in institutions.ts
