Front-end developers need a backend storage to create, read, update and delete the description of virtual studies.

Provide storage and CRUD operations for the descriptions of a virtual study.
Users can currently only modify their own study, but can read everyone else's. (but must be logged in)

The SQON of the virtual studies are stored in Persona, and their URL is stored in Riff.
